Was wondering what's the big fuss about blogging that even the news had to report about it so I decided to try out myself to see if it's really fun and addictive. :-) <br />Oh dear, have no idea what to write on this entry. Ok, since I just came back from Genting on Wednesday, shall write on that. <br /> <br />Day 1: <br />Almost my whole extended family went for a trip in Genting on Sunday. We went there happily in the morning but unfortunately, the coach was down halfway through the journey and we had to carry all our belongings to another coach ( that was lousy, dirty, non-aircon and the windscreen was smashed) However, we've got no choice to make do with what we have since we were already half-way there, plus there won't be any insurance claims either. Since we were so 'lucky' to encounter the breakdown, my whole family decided to bet on the plate number for Sunday's 4D. (haiyoh..) <br /> <br />Upon arrival, we took the cable car up to Genting Highlands, boy, it was thrilling (not for the faint-hearted) It's so HIGH! Was feeling kindda scared when I looked down...just imagine if cable wire snaps.. <br /> <br />Finally arrived at the hotel, the hotel is quite okay. super spacious! (much better than the aussie ones) We were so tired after the ride, especially when the coach is super uncomfortable..but we still managed to shop around after dinner. (Girls will be girls...) <br /> <br />Day 2 <br />Visited their theme park, but the 'super-thrilling' roller coaster was closesd for maintenance. According to my cousin, the rides weren't very exciting but I thought it was quite thrilling for me already. Was screaming my lungs out when I ride on the 'not-so-exciting' roller coaster and the 9 year old sitting in front of me didn't even utter a sound...(guess my threshold for excitement is quite low) <br /> <br />During lunchtime, we went to eat Kenny Rogers, it's not as good as the Singapore's one I feel..but their muffin is quite nice though, got more variety, unlike Sg where there is only corn muffin. However, their cheese marcoroni is gross... <br /> <br />The shopping was bad too. The prices are so expensive..! I think some items are even more expensive than Sg. <br /> <br />In the evening, my auntie and I went to the casino. It was my first time to casino since I just turned 21 this year. Didn't go to the crown prince casino when I went australia in June so must grab this opportunity to look-see look-see. My auntie was playing the roulette and gosh, was she lucky (cos I was her 'advisor' u see..) Changed for 500 dollars and won 700 dollars, so total up to 1200. Within a span of 1 hr. The rest of the gamblers at the table went green with envy..haha..cos we practically won every single round.. And of course, I got 200 bucks for being the 'advisor' ..heh.. <br /> <br />Day 3 <br />Bid goodbye to Genting Highlands. Guess what? The coach broke down again. Puncture tyre. In case you are wondering which tour agency we book our tickets from..It's TRANSTAR. Great service eh? And the driver has got the cheek to keep driving with a punctured tyre!! I think he probably thinks that it's not serious as long as the tyre doesn't get detached from the vehicle and roll onto the highway...Although we got $30 refund but ...I think our safety is more impt. Imagine stopping in the middle of the road where there is almost no lights..! (those who always travel to Malaysia, u'll know what i'm saying) And yeah, my family is going to bet on the plate number again...*slap forehead* <br /> <br />Home sweet Home. <br /> <br /><u>Jay Chou's concert</u> <br /><u></u> <br />Yeah..hehe..one of the suckers that went for his concert..:-) <br /> <br />Was quite funny cos he fell when he was dancing..lol He was trying to act cool as usual when dancing..then suddenly suddenly fell. But he covered up quite well. <br /> <br />Think my seat was quite bad cos i keep seeing his side view only...wasted my $130 <br />Think I was falling in love with him when he played the piano. .... <br /> <br />Landy was real HOT!! doing her dance and shaking her ass off! heh..Btw, her vocals were fantastic too. <br /> <br />All in all, I still think the Sammi Cheng concert was nicer..Cos half the time i can't even decipher what Jay Chou was singing.. (what's new..?) I like the pants that he wore for his concert!
